Bye Garmin - Back to Fitbit

I wore my Garmin Vivoactive 4s for a week and while I liked the look of the watch and most of it's functionality, I decided to go back to Fitbit.  One of the reasons that I decided to go back was sleep tracking.  The Sleep tracking on Garmin does not work well at all.  Garmin has you enter your normal sleep time in their App and they work from there.  It does not appear to track separate instances very well at all. For example I was working some strange hours and napping at times and it was not picking up the naps at all.  Also I miss the Fitbit Community that I have.  I have a number of friends that invite each other to challenges and activities and I enjoy that.  In the end I decided that I am more comfortable in the Fitbit Ecosystem and don't need all of the more advanced features that the Garmin provides for more serious athletes.

Garmin Initial Impressions

I have had the Garmin for just under 2 days at this point and so far I like it.  It's bigger than my Fibtit was so it's taking a little adjustment to get used to it but it's almost the same size as a watch that I used to wear before I got my Fitbit so it's not huge.  I am looking for new wrist bands though since the one that came with it is a little on the small side.  It just barely fits.  I have found a Watch Face that I like for now and am going to stop playing with it so much and just wear it like I would any other Fitness Tracker/Watch.  I just charged it up to 100% and want to see what kind of battery life I can expect on a regular basis.

New Fitness Tracker

Been having some issues with my Fitbit Charge 3 and decided to try a new Fitness Tracker.  Not really thrilled with anything in the Fitbit Lineup currently so I decided to give Garmin a try.  Just received my Garmin Vivo Active 4S today and I am learning how to use it but I do like it so far.  It looks more like a normal watch than my Fitbit.  Just trying to figure out which watch face I want to use with it.  Using something simple for the time being.  I am glad I went with the Smaller 4S as the Face size is just about the same as the watch I used to wear.
